Dave Silberman
Dr. Silberman has unique expertise in the human side of business and project management. Dave has spent decades at executive and senior leader levels leading people and processes inside government operations, high-tech Silicon Valley startups, global technology providers, and venture capital firms. Dave’s primary area of interest in the project management discipline focuses heavily on the correlates and dissonance occurring within the human agency component. Within this context Dave is centrally interested in the traps of human potentiality along with the negotiation of tension that revolves around identity.
Dave has taught and facilitated project management curriculum at Boston University and is a decorated disabled United States combat veteran who holds a MS in project management and a PhD in Human Resources Development. Dave also holds the following related credentials; Certified Agile Leader (CAL), Leadership Agility 360 Coach, Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Project Manager (PMI-ACP), Change Manager (Prosci), Six Sigma Master Blackbelt (CMBB) and Myers & Briggs Certified Practitioner (MBTI).
